The Eparchy of Piana degli Albanesi / Hora (Italian: Eparchia di Piana degli Albanesi & Albanian: Eparhia e Horës së Arbëreshëvet), in Sicily, has been an eparchy in 1937, and has 15 parishes[2], being subject to the Italo-Albanian Byzantine Church.

On February 6, 1784, the Ordinariate of Silicia of the Italo-Albanese was created with Bishop Giorgio Stassi, Titular Bishop of Lampsacus, first holding that position. On October 26, 1937, the Eparchy of Piana dei Greci was promoted from the Ordinariate of Silicia and erected from territory from Metropolitan Archdiocese of Palermo and Metropolitan Archdiocese of Monreale. On October 25, 1941, Diocese of Piana dei Greci was renamed as Diocese of Piana degli Abanesi / Hora.[3]
The Eparchy of Piana degli Albanesi includes the counties of Piana degli Albanesi, Contessa Entellina, Mezzojuso, Palazzo Adriano and Santa Cristina Gela. Eparchia See is the town of Piana degli Albanesi, where the Cathedral of Saint Demetrio Megalomartire. In Palermo there is the Co-Cathedral of St. Mary of the Admiral.[3] The territory is divided into 15 parishes.[1]
